The NCSP has 3 main areas of activity:

The National Committee on State Productivity works to align policies, optimize organizational performance, strengthen skilled workforce development, and promote transparency and human rights in government operations.

1. State Productivity

State productivity refers to the efficient use of public funds to deliver state services optimally to citizens, resulting in improved citizen satisfaction, increased trust in government, and enhanced quality of life.

2. Open Government Partnership

The composition of the Working Group responsible for developing and presenting the National Action Plan V for 2024-2027 of the Open Government Partnership (OGP) of Mongolia was approved by the Chief Cabinet Secretariat Order No.99 dated November 1, 2023.

3. Human Rights

The National Committee for Ensuring Human Rights was established by Resolution No. 350 of the Government of Mongolia on September 22, 2022. According to the operational regulations of this committee, “The Committee will implement the functions of coordinating the activities of all levels of government agencies and local government organizations in the direction of ensuring human rights in Mongolia.”
