What is State Productivity?

State / Government productivity refers to the efficient use of public funds to deliver state services optimally to citizens, resulting in improved citizen satisfaction, increased trust in government, and enhanced quality of life. The Secretariat of the National Committee on State Productivity has identified four key functions that need improvement to effectively support policies aimed at enhancing productivity.
