- Uchral Nyam-Osor is a Member of the State Great Khural (Parliament) of Mongolia, currently serving as the Minister of Mongolia and Chief Cabinet Secretariat. Since 2018, Uchral Nyam-Osor has been a key figure in advancing Mongolia’s digital transformation by introducing innovation and technology into Parliament, driving key legislation, and establishing the Digital Ministry to enhance digital governance.
